At Bourne Sports, our Nursery Multi-Sport Sessions are designed to help children develop essential physical and social skills through active play — all while having loads of fun! ⚡ Each session follows a structured format that includes energetic warm-up games, followed by a variety of sport-based activities such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, and balancing. These sessions link closely to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting key areas like Physical Development, Communication and Language, and Personal, Social & Emotional Development. 🌟 Through our engaging activities, children improve their coordination, teamwork, and confidence, learning to follow instructions and celebrate effort as much as achievement. Every class finishes with our favourite moment — announcing the ‘Superstar of the Day’ 🏅 — rewarding enthusiasm, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
